About
A small consulting practice rooted in German hiring realities for engineers
Why we exist
Engineers relocating to Germany often receive either immigration checklists or generic career coaching. The gap between those two leaves people sending CVs into the wrong regions, misreading notice-period culture, or accepting start dates that collide with housing and family logistics.
Machinelearnapps was formed in Thüringen to sit in that gap: employment consulting focused on job search planning for engineers who intend to live and work in Germany. We do not place candidates into jobs or file visas. We help you decide what to pursue, when to apply, and how to sequence the move.
Who you work with
Lena Vogt leads application and interview work. She spent a decade in plant HR adjacent roles in central Germany and now advises international engineers on how German recruiting desks actually read documents and run panels.
Markus Eller focuses on search planning and relocation timelines. His background is in industrial project scheduling; he treats a job search like any other constrained project with dependencies you cannot wish away.
Anika Reuter supports clients in their first weeks after arrival — protecting application momentum while Anmeldung and temporary housing take over the calendar.
How we work
Sessions are video-first so you can engage before you land. We ask for concrete constraints early: language level, family school calendars, visa category, and notice period. Advice stays specific to engineering hiring in Germany rather than universal career slogans.
We decline engagements when what you need is legal representation, a headhunter, or translation of an entire application archive. Clarity about scope protects both sides.
Working sessions stay document-led: job ads, calendars, and draft materials on the table.
